Each consecutive time we go to Vegas, it seems we surpass the food adventure of the prior trip. Partage was no exception...in fact it may have been THE best dinner we have had in Vegas. That's included among L'Atelier, Wing Lei, Mizumi, Hakkasan, Yellowtail and others. The dishes were immaculately prepared and each tasted incredible. The care that went into each showed so much thought and expert preparation. The thing that made this to the top of our dining list was first the surprisingly reasonable price for the meal AND especially the server whom descrived each dish to perferction and was so attentive to every need we had. Sadly, I forgot her name...shame on me...but she was incredible. Every trip from here on in will include a dinner at Partage as they change their menu monthly/seasonally. Dine here...you will not be disappointed...at least from my perspective.

If you want to try a place that will have your taste buds dancing while simultaneously confused on how the flavors made your tongue dazzle, this is the place!! First, book your reservations far out, the place in in high demand and for good reason. Second, don't let the exterior confuse you, when you walk through the door you're transported to a tres chic French restaurant you'd find on the outskirts of Paris. They have essentially a surprise menu with choices of a 5, 7 or 9 course serving with optional wine pairing. They ask allergies or food restrictions, other than that, each course is a scintillating journey down a refined French menu. We chose not to do the wine pairing since we were seeing a show after, but they offer wines by the glass and have an extensive cocktail menu which we enjoyed. Highly recommend the Smokey old fashioned. We were famished, saved my appetite for this after a good work out, and opted for the 9 course menu. They are smaller portions but wow we left full to the top. If you're not a big eater or starving, I'd suggest the 5 or 7 course option. Each plate came out with an amazing presentation and full of flavor. There wasn't a bad thing that we ate. The standouts were the seafood dish, the wagyu lamb, the "crab waffle" , and by far the best the chef signature oxtail with bone marrow. It was so reach yet delicate all in one. Left you wandering where it's been your whole life. I'll post pictures but won't go into detail since the menu changes monthly with the freshest ingredients available. Definitely recommend for a nice occasion, feeling like splurging or just need a little dopamine to keep the day moving

Wow wow wow. What an experience! THE BEST FRENCH restaurant I ever had. The ambiance, the service and the Signature Tasting Menu is impeccable! If anyone has time to come to Vegas, add this to your must try restaurant, you will not regret it! A special honorary mention to our Host Nicola, you are amazing thank you for the wonderful service we can't wait to come back!

If you are looking for a multi-course tasting hidden gem,In Las Vegas then @partagelv is your place. The ultimate experience in Modern French dining is just minutes away from The Strip! The seven and nine-course dinners at Partage sound like a true culinary journey. With the menu changing every month, diners are in for a delightful surprise from the @chefyuri_vegas The flavor combinations were truly unique and unlike anything I had before The drinks are amazing and the service is beyond your expectations For the price this is probably one of the best French tasting menu restaurants in Las Vegas The presentation is great but the food tastes even better. definitely a more upscale, Michelin like experience beautiful private dining room area And Special Chefs table highly recommend for a Beautiful date night

Meal was delightful. Most places like this the food is good but at least they have two stand outs which make it for me. The two stand outs was the oxtail butter bread and the wagyu. They definitely know how to do savory meat here. Wish there was more of both dishes. The oxtail I actually closed my eyes and enjoyed fully. So fantastically rich and savory. The foie gras was fantastic too. Just seared well with flavor. To be honest the flavor compliments takes away from how well they do foie. Still nice to have the different flavors. Least favorite I think was the cheese. There was another dish with microgreens and the greens didn't add any flavor and were too mild to add anything to dish. Still a well done food experience. If any of those 3 items are still on menu it's worth going for. Ian was an amazing bartender and very helpful! Had the petit bijou which was refreshing. Had a glass of Bordeaux I think which was great with meal. But the stand out drink was the cafe Martel. It's a cognac espresso martini and it was almost perfect. They need to garnish with chocolate covered beans so can finish in its entirety. Great place and enjoyed it

Partage offers a truly unique fine dining experience unlike anything else on the Strip, in a somewhat weird location in ChinaTown. Their focus is on seasonal, surprise tasting menus, letting chef Yuri take you on a delicious adventure through French cuisine with modern twists. From creative appetizers to decadent desserts, each course is a revelation for all the senses. A real treat, that while expensive, is way worth it for the experience and definitely more affordable of some more pretentious French restaurants on the Strip. I have been several times pre and post pandemic for special occasions, and it has always been terrific. The fact that I can speak French with some of the staff also adds to the experience for me. Only blemish is I wish they had "a la carte" options.

Absolutely the best! Who would have thought an amazing French restaurant would be tucked away in a Chinatown strip mall? If this restaurant would have been on the strip it could easily been triple the price. The ambiance is perfect and the service was top notch. They are very accommodating to certain diets except vegan. I don't eat seafood or pork and they were able to prepare delicious dishes. You pick the amount of courses and they prepare them, it's somewhat of a surprise with each one. Each plate was a work of art with so many flavors and textures. There have been some good French restaurants in town but this one tops them all. You can't beat the price and the attention to detail without a restaurant that obviously wants to present the best.

One of the best affordable fine dining experiences in Las Vegas! On February 28th, my boyfriend and I visited Partage to celebrate our two-year anniversary. We did the Signature menu, which was a 9 course meal. The gentleman that oversaw us throughout our service was phenomenal. He made sure that we received everything we needed throughout the night - he was thoroughly attentive. The nine course meal was amazing from the palate cleanser all the way to the complimentary anniversary dessert. The cocktails were also fun and delightful. The pace of the restaurant was also a timing that the staff had perfected. I did not feel that they were too slow or too fast with the next meal. Partage also has a place next door called Grand Cru which focuses specifically on wine. If you are a wine lover and connoisseur, this may be up your alley. They have yearly wine memberships where you receive two wines a month, received a percentage off of their wines, and have access to wine events. I highly recommend bringing your friends, family, and loved ones here at Partage. They update their menu on a monthly basis. I am already looking into booking a reservation for my parents and I.

Visiting Vegas and decided to try this place out based on reviews - it did not disappoint! We opted for the 9 course dinner because you cannot get the "signature" dish without it. Some of the other courses can be ordered a la carte, but the signature dish did not seem like one of them. We didn't go all that way to leave without trying the signature dish for the night, and boy am I glad we made that decision! And yes, you will be more than full with the 9 course dinner. My favorite of the night was indeed the "signature" dish, which was oxtail soaked in truffle wedged between toasted pieces of bread. My goodness, this was decadent and they do not skimp on the truffle. Another favorite was the foie gras dish - again, they do not skimp on the foie gras - it was huge! There was also an octopus dish that was grilled perfectly, and the meat dish was great too. Each dish was unique and a blend of unexpected flavors. My least favorite of the night was the asparagus tart - the tart itself was fine but the asparagus pieces on the tart were really bitter and somewhat ruined the entire bite. Second least favorite was the cheese course - maybe I was just full by then, but I didn't get much out of it. For drinks, I was pleased to find they had mocktails for the ones who don't drink alcohol, and I very much enjoyed my Passion Lavender. It was floral without being overpowering, and it wasn't too tart or too sweet - just perfect! It lasted the entire dinner and was a great palate cleanser. We semi-dressed up, but as others have said, they don't have a dress code. We saw a couple tables in jeans and sweaters - wish I had done the same. The parking is indeed a nightmare! Let me further explain, as I didn't understand from other reviews. I'm used to hectic parking situations in China Town, so thought no big deal, but what some of the reviews did not mention is that this is a one row parking situation - not multiple rows in front of a grocery store. You drive into the strip center and you are likely stuck in a line of cars trying to get in or out or waiting for a spot. There's no maneuvering - once you're in, you're in. We saw the craziness from the street and chose to keep driving... all the way to the next shopping center with the 99 Ranch and Paris Baguette. This was a legit parking lot, with multiple rows and wide spaces for maneuvering. We just parked there and walked to Partage. Note this is a good 10 min walk as Partage is on the far end of the strip center relative to the 99 Ranch parking lot. Service was one of the best I've experienced - they had one or two people on the floor whose only job was to whisk away your plate when you were done and bring new utensils. And there were another 2-3 runners that brought out dishes and explained the menu. It was a well-oiled machine for sure!

I love trying tasting menus (although I haven't really done many) and thought it'd be great to check out while my bf and I were visiting Vegas for Thanskgiving week! I couldn't have been MORE thrilled to have found this place. It's a little off strip, so that's probably why the prices weren't obscene, but I don't really think you need to be on-strip for Vegas goodies. We opted for the most extensive tasting, here were the courses: Amuse bouche: A delicious Salmon on a light crisp with some sort of light fluffy cream App: French Onion Soup. Came with a nice thing on top to crack into the soup and onion and other delicious things. App: Hokkaido scallops, octopus, seaweed, bread in a sauce, and a crunchy bread. This is terrible labeled but it was AMAZING, the best octopus I've ever had, melted in my mouth, not chewy at all, scallops were fresh and thinly cut with a nice little season on top, the breads were incredible! I didn't care for the seaweed as much though, it was too much ocean-flavored for me. App: Lobster, A5 Wagyu, Zucchini, More lobster with an aioli, Eggplant and a lobster bisque. Possibly my favorite dish of the night. I am not a fan of lobster at all, but if lobster tasted this good, I would be eating it all the time. The bisque was incredibly thick and creamy and flavorful, and I'm making myself sad writing this and knowing I'll never eat this exact dish again. Foie gras & a butternut squash with duck confit. Amazing, so so so rich and heavy. Seafood dish: Monkfish and sunchoke 3 ways. I have a new vegetable I want, and it's the sunchoke. It came crisped as a chip, pureed, and sliced, amazing and perfect all 3 ways. The fish had a nice sauce and was so mouth melty. Chef's Choice: Ox tail and bread and truffle. INCREDIBLY fatty, rich and divine. It may look small, but this piece packs such a huge punch that it's as much as you need. Meat dish: Iberico with gnocchi, mushrooms, and chestnut elements. The meat and gnocchi were incredible, but the mushrooms tasted a little too...fungal for me haha. Cheese: Who doesn't love just a bowl of fancy cheese?? I can't remember what there was, but it all tasted great, and there was a dehydrated or frozen honeycomb and THAT I wish I could somehow have a candy or dessert all the time. Dessert: Almond chocolate and mousse inside, with a coffee sauce and caramel dots. At this point, I could barely eat. This was such a beautiful dessert, along with good textures and great taste. We also got an anniversary dessert! Every month they change their menu up, so everything I just listed isn't going to be there anymore sadly. I'll only have it in my memories, pictures, and dreams. However, after doing this, my bf and I decided we want to come back every month (over a couple years of course) to try out the seasonal changes and taste the unique designs of this restaurant. I think this truly is the best food I've ever had. And with the top option being only $175, I think that's a steal! I was super stuffed walking out of there. Overall, it was about a 3hours experience, but it did NOT feel that long! I felt like we were eating at a steady pace, and with the food coming out pretty quickly. The staff here is also amazing, I want to shout out to our server Virginie who was an absolute gem to have throughout our dinner. I hope she stays long enough for us to dine with her again!!!
